국악창작자 남경우는 다양한 분야를 통해 전통 예술의 재해석과 창조를 만들어 갑니다. 빠르게 변화하는 시대에 우리 예술로써 시간의 힘이 주는 전통의 솔직함을 굳게 믿고 있습니다. 예술가를 이해하기 위해 직접 도전해보고, 다양한 콘텐츠를 기획하며 만들어 가는 작업을 통해 예술, 기술, 사회 등 경계와 경계를 넘어 수많은 촉수가 끊임없이 ‘한국적인 것’으로서 연결되는 꿈을 꿉니다. 앞으로도 전통에 담긴 우리의 역사와 삶을 끊임없이 연구함을 통해, 전통 예술이 정과 예악이 가득한 더 나은 미래를 꿈꾸게 해줄 수 있는 시대 예술로 성장하는 것에 이바지하고 싶습니다.

The Gugak Creater Nam Kyeong-woo creates reinterpretation and creation of traditional art through various fields. He firmly believe in the honesty of the tradition of the power of time as our art in a rapidly changing era. Through challenging myself and creating various contents, I dream that numerous tentacles are constantly connected as “Korean things” beyond boundaries and boundaries such as art, technology, and society. By constantly studying our history and lives contained in tradition, I would like to contribute to the growth of traditional art into a period art that can help us dream of a better future full of ‘Jeong(情)’ and ‘Yeak(禮樂)’.
